Some Examples of English Words:

Example:
English text sent to us: "I wrote an letter in English to a MP yesterday."
English text correction: "I wrote a letter in English to an MP
yesterday."
Also:
English text sent to us: "I wrote a English letter to an Member
of Parliament."
English text correction: "I wrote an English letter to a Member of Parliament."
In spoken and written English 'an' goes before words that sound as if they begin with
a vowel e.g.
BUT
otherwise 'a' is used e.g.

a unique song
-
a Member of Parliament
-
a large orange
Some Examples of English Expressions:
1] Formal Letter
Example:
English text sent to us: "Dear Mr Smith ......... Yours Mike"
English text correction: "Dear Mr. Smith, ......... Yours sincerely,
Mr. M. Gervon"
Also:
English text sent to us: "Dear Mr ......... faithfully yours Mike"
English text correction: "Dear Sir, Madam, ......... Yours faithfully,

2] Email Business Letter
Example:

Jenny"

Also (modern, slightly abrupt):
English text sent to us: "Sofianne ......... from Jenny"
English text correction: "Sofianne, ......... Jenny"
Also (slightly less formal):
English text sent to us: "Hello Sofianne, ......... Kind wishes Jenny"
English text correction: "Hi Sofianne, ......... Kind regards,
